- Oversee , Plan and manage Project time lines and resources to meet target Schedule and project life cycle
- Transfer technology to practice and detail implementation
- Coordinate with all dept ., Designer , R & D Suppliers , customers to meet project goal
- Responsible for overall management of Production line , Purchasing , warehousing
- Ensure production efficiency in QCDEM
- Coach and train people in team of technical and general in develop organization capability and positive employee morale
- Promote safety work place and environment
