• Complete equipment failure report and develop preventive process.
• Develop process, document to improve performance.
• Complete and record NCR, MOC, CPAR, etc. report into archive system

• Cooperate with client for installation requirement, schedule, and contract information.
• Oversee equipment delivery and installation are following schedule.
• Control installation budget. Tracking CAPEX report.
• Cooperate with procurement team and vendors for sourcing.
• Cooperate with logistic team for import and export process.
• Provide report for weekly meeting on installation process.
• Provide installation and commissioning report i.e., diagram, equipment specification, commission report.
• Travel to site to supervise installation team e.g., Singapore, China, UAE.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Lead on installation and commission of Surface Logging equipment on drilling rig onshore and offshore.
• Responsible for 24/7 on-call remote troubleshooting, supervise solution procedure on technical issues to Thailand rig and oversea.
• Onsite technical troubleshoot for Surface Logging equipment both onshore, offshore, and oversea rig e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei.
• Responsible for repair and maintenance of mud logging equipment and gas analyzer following the procedure.
• Investigate the technical failure issue on equipment to provide preventive solution. Complete and archive report.
• Responsible for refurbishment, function test, QA, cost control of Mud logging cabin and equipment within commitment schedule.
• Provide Preventive Maintenance field trip as per schedule.
• Support real-time data service to ensure consistency for 24/7 operation.
• Provide technical information to management team in term of technical project sales, technical troubleshooting, new technology.
• Management on equipment movement and engineer schedule.
• Tracking equipment reliability, analyst, and archive as monthly report.
• Provide R&M cost control report and submit CAPEX report.
• Cooperate with procurement team and vendor for sourcing equipment.
• Certified trainer to train operation team / client for technical knowledge.
• Plan, coordinate, report to trial new technology to operate on site.
• Responsible for Technical support engineer task.
