ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
● Complete assigned sales calls on a daily basis
● To maintain active account and increase new potential account
● Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management.
● Summarize all weekly sales activities and results in a report to the General Manager
● Present ideas and opportunities for marketing strategies.
● Ensure that all accounts profile, all sales report, and any other relevant information are updated and enter sales report form
● Communicate effectively to ensure that sales function is carried out smoothly and commitments are met
● Educate customer on sales transformation organization
● Track and share information regarding new business trends
● Develop and enhance relationships with the local tour operators and consistent follow up with clients
● Work closely with DOS to ensure the contractual agreements are accurate commensurate with clients need
● Monitor competitor’s activities regarding special promotions and rate packages, compiles marketing intelligence information
● Perform any other job related duties as assigned
● Taking action and making a prompt decision as the representative of sales persons
● Seeking group lead and try the best to gain group confirm
● Develop potential account to be global account
● Monitor team and advise them for the thing need to adjust
