- test sample (finished goods, raw materials, bulk, packaging materials) from production follow MCP that provided from Global
- evaluation and report all sample
- revise WI that related with microbiological LAB
- make Quality Control Plan on Laboratory

Plant hygienist part :
- monitoring microbiological environment such as water, air, hand test includes all equipment that there is risk for microbial contamination
- ensure that new equipments are low risk for microbial contamination
