Job Description:
1). Manage & control outsources/service provider on true warehouse operation; receiving, storing, developing & delivering True product s& service through high quality standards with cost efficiency to customers
2). Maintains & manages safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Accountability and activities
Warehouse Management
- Manage and Contol warehouse in compliance with Company’s Policies and Vision
- Direct and manage the overall operation of Logistics operated by 3rd party logistics providers in order to smooth out the operation at Warehouse or DC with the efficient cost
- Initiate and implement the continuous process improvement in the supply chain that are in line with the company’s growth strategy
- Manage and Contol manpower ‘s True and Third-party Logistics in warehouse align with regulatory compliancea and law
- Utilize and manage overall resoures : Manpower , Area , Material Handling Equipment and etc. to efficient & effectiveness
- Ensures effectiveness and efficiency of operating to standard processes
- Oversee Receiving,Put away , Replenishment , Order picking , Inventory and Loading of warehousing, distribution to efficient & effectiveness for serving customer
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Manages and develops both Organization and People to increase the organizational effectiveness
- Establishes execute efficient the operation in order to improve quality, productivity and delivery
- Manages Warehosue or DC’s performance following the Steering Wheel
- Creates a positive environment in Warehouse Team with “Can do” attitude.

Transportation
- Ensure customer goods move from production through the supply chain to the end user smoothly and timely.
