ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Assist the FSQR Manager to the development, implementation and assessment processes/systems directs implementation of all FSQR, specification and management of change systems for CFN Thailand, drives continuous improvement and providing input to CFN Thailand business leadership related to base/non-base capital needs to maintain food safety leadership position.
-Ensure compliance of regulations/policies – assumes ultimate accountability for all FSQR compliance, direction and activities for CFN Thailand, analyzes and interprets CAN FSQR policies, regulations, customer and supplier standards, directs implementation of FSQR policies, customer and supplier standards across for CFN Thailand, act as liaison with regulatory authorities at a national level.
-Perform prevention activities and issue resolution – ensure connectivity and collaboration between FSQR and other functions across facilities within CFN Thailand, working with suppliers/external manufacturers, proactively anticipates risk and takes preventative action across a CFN Thailand, accountable for completion of facility audits and proactively address risk areas.
-Shape food safety, quality and regulatory culture/reputation – responsible as central FSQR interface with customer and suppliers for CFN Thailand, builds internal and external partnerships, ensure customer complaint issues addressed, lead implementation of platform strategy to ensure a highly engaged FSQR workforce

-To assist Head of Quality to manage quality systems of FNDT factories and co-manufacturers,
manage quality certification by certified bodies, manage supplier assessment program and handling product complaints.
-To support technical knowledge to FNDT Factories and co-manufacturers including other functions as needed.
-To support other related assignment to promote effectiveness of responsibility function

-Do the document control system and ensures the maintenance of an effective information system
where right information reach to all concerned in FNDT factories and Co-Manufacturing
-To support NPD for New Packaging & Product Commercialization by
• Ensures that new packaging & products trial runs are properly conducted and evaluated per test protocol requirements prior to its commercial run.
• Ensures that packaging and materials from new suppliers are properly conducted and evaluated per protocol requirements prior to its use in commercial runs
