ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Establish the standard format of the Cost Control Report at a detail level for
control, and at an overall level for reporting
- Project Execution budget and allocation cost to cost code Prepare / update / monitoring of project milestone claim and /or reimbursable invoicing to Client to achieve target as per KPI
- Prepare profit / loss Analysis of assigned project.
- Forecast Cast Flow (expenditure forecast) reported in quarterly (Dashboard) Prepare / update monthly cost report / invoicing status including reports all costs, indirect manhours spent of assigned project
- Identify the most sensitive cost elements in the project and develop a control plan to manage it to avoid cost overrun
- Monitor and control yearly investment project and report cost progress compare
with budget to Head of Division
- Verify Project material and non-inventory material compare with budget Review Subcontractor quotation, compare unit cost with a project budget, support Project Manager/Project Engineer to create vendor bid evaluate in selection stage
- Verified Sub-contractor invoice of assigned project
- Control internal process /Focal point of Subcontractor invoice/payment for all offshore project included issue yearly payment by Subcontractor report to Project Manager and Management
- Issue invoice back charge to Sub-contractor , coordinate both internal and external to close issued (commercial portion)
- Quality Management Representative KPI Controller (Project Invoicing portion) Support Bidding work, provide historical data record of previous project, input new proposal unit rate to projection opportunity and risk
- Supervise Cost control team to achieve target
