ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Control and supervise activities to achieve goals according to department and
company policies.
2.Develop and improvement activity for cost reduction in department.
3.Support quality plan,quality procedure,environment,safety,improvement
activity,ISO9001/2008 and ISO14001/2008 for department.
4.Design work flow and WI(Work instruction).
5. Supply chain management to manufacturing operation including material
planning and supply material production lines.
6.Control the shipping product to customers.
7.Control production according to plan.
8.Management warehouse area for FIFO.
9.Summarize and make monthly report to section manager and department
manager.
10.Design work flow and area warehouse for a new project.
11. There are subordinates 30 persons (2 Foremans , 4 Readers and 24 Operators.)

and line balance documentation.
4.Analyzed and design the work flow,operation flow and layout to minimize non
value added work for department.
5.Contact maker for specific comparison and bargaining for building and new
equipment.
6.Summarize and make monthly report to section manager and department
manager.
7.There are subordinates 50 persons.(2 Foremans , 4 Readers and 44 Operators.)
