ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Escalate of the unable to resolve technical problems to the experience service engineer or product support specialists.
- Coordinate with third party system providers in resolving
- Problems concerning their products.
- Perform and evaluate testing of any new release/version, as well as, fixes or patches of system software before deploying to production system in order to ascertain the implication to the current system.
- Perform security administration tasks including add new user, change or delete user, grant and revoke user authorization.
- Monitor security holes and audit logs to identify and mitigate all security risks.
- Perform change activities plan, as well as, change implication, according to THAI change management procedure.
- Customize the system agent or any to accommodate the new event sources, as well as, the changes of existing event sources which may be caused by the upgrading of infrastructure version, for example, upgrading operating system, database system to new version, etc.
- Restore and recover data as per requested from Customer.
- Revise the operation procedure and manual to accommodate all. related changes
