ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Safety
- Accident investigation and make accident report.
- Create a work safety instruction.
- Create Emergency Response Plan
- Communication and knowledge about environmental and safety information.
- Implementation and maintain of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Prepare document and support for internal and external surveillance audit of ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001
- Hazard identification and assessment of risk and opportunity of ISO 45001.
- Update, Evaluation compliance and Communication of environmental, occupational Health and safety laws and welfare.
- Safety committee meeting
- Monitoring and measurement hazard in workplace such as noise, heat, dust, light and waste water.
- Safety orientation for new employee.
- Analyze and survey the safety training of the organizations. Coordinate and conduct on training course.
- Controlling and coordinate relevant departments to organize the safety management system to comply with safety laws and other requirements.
- Preparation program of health examination of work risk factor and annual check-ups to monitor the health of employees.
- Prepare safety and environmental related reports to the Ministry of Labor and Industrial Department.
- Promote Safety Health and Environment awareness to plant wide's employees.
- Organize and implement any training programs/activities for all employees based on safety legal & other requirement.
• Sustainability
- CSR activity and make a report to Lyreco group for send UN Global.
- Implementation of Plastic recycle.
- Support for external surveillance of PEFC.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Safety & Occupational
- Work permit control of the contractors.
- Analyze and investigate the causes of accidents.
- Safety patrol in workplaces to find out unsafe condition and unsafe action.
- Communication and knowledge about environmental and safety information.
- Hazard identification and assessment of risk and opportunity of ISO 45001.
- Update, Evaluation compliance and Communication of environmental, occupational Health and safety laws and other requirement that relevant organization.
- Chemical management as provide Safety Data Sheet and provide dangerous chemical safety data
- Improve and develop safety communication channel within organizations.
- Monitoring and measurement hazard in workplace such as chemical, noise, dust and light.
- To provide a personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Training
- Analyze and survey the SHE training needs of the organizations. To prepare the SHE budget training plan, coordinate and conduct on training Course.
- Prepare Document for SHE training to Government Officials, according to related Thai’s laws and legislations. (before/after)
- Safety orientation for sub-contractor, contractor and new employee.

• System (ISO 14001&ISO 45001)
- Planning, controlling, monitoring and implementation of the management system to comply with the requirements.
- Prepare document and support for Internal and external surveillance audit.
- Identification and assessment of Environmental aspect of ISO 14001.
- Preparing, writing and controlling all procedure, work instruction, Form and documented information of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Correction action and follow up non-conformity of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Operation Control of relevant departments to implementation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
