Conduct developed Aircraft, PCATD RTAF (Royal Thai Air Force) Glass Cockpit, Analog, Flat Panel Training (BAC) Bangkok Aviation Center Simulator programs from Thailand, Asia Oceania, Aftermarket and OEM demands to create and control product actions such as special products package (SPP), local product freshening that are aligned with WM and other ASEAN product cycle plans by initiating and managerial and directorial local simulators development.
Simultaneously this simulator program targets to enhance WM products business competency. Responsible forcomplete product program management, transforming product marketing ideas to actual execution in time.
Specific Operations:
The WM Simulator local leader Aviation Simulation & Simulators development expert in the areas of product design and engineering and manufacturing roles.
Study and evaluate market requirement, trend of Aircraft, Automotive, Railway Driving Simulators /PCATD,CESSNA 172 Glass Cockpit, Analog, Flat Panel Training product improvement opportunity and turn into the program development and for localize domestic tailor made by operator work procedure training by required
Group managerial a team of 37 engineers directed in charge 5 engineers by Advanced Design Group (ADG) roles.
Conduct responsible for Transportation simulators exteriors and interiors part design management which includes Civil Aircraft AIRBUS Model A320 Simultion Type 6th rating parts mechanism maintenance & refurbish retrofit parts by observation consultancy phases.
Implement & comply new processes, procedures, equipment and tools following the strategies defined by out sourcing Manufacturing Engineering conditions by follow.
Manage and coordinate prototypes and sample requirements in accordance with established project milestones and all phase monitoring.
Set up production lines and processes and arrange equipment, budgetting according to project schedules and volumes.
Support operations during project launch and start-up, and maintain a regular update of the projects status by weekly.
Managerial the implementation of drawing revision and Styling design & engineering changes with other departments and notice to makers/suppliers by situation.
Provide proper and well-coordinated training to team members.
Support the overall Environmental Health & Safety program of the workplace.
Render active support in the effective implementation of the out source suppliers, manufacturers Quality System.
Design formulation:
Frontend involved customers fundamental design data survey and summarized to teams support.
Conduct Products Feasibility study by Advanced Products Quality Planing (APQP) by lead team comittee.
Products design and development milestone management and control.
Develop and defined DFMEA likely first step of products developing to key successful then let join PFMEA in validation finally.

On-site instruction, audit and support and managerial and directorial makers and suppliers.

Production scheduling and deliverables:
Work with RTFM (Royal Thai Air Force Museum) to attain Pilatus PC-9/ F-16 A, F-5A/ E Trigis Aircraft Battle Gaming enclosure parts retrofit & refurbishment by under RTAFM Term of reference.
Work with RTFM (Royal Thai Air Force Museum) to attain AC-47 Gunship Aircraft Museum Refurbishment & Intergred 3 DOF Hydraulic Motion Simulator engineering.
Work with BMCL (BEM PLC) to attain Railway Simulator engineering info of mainstream program that may be required for local Blue line extension & Initial Blue line Simulator development.
Work with RTAF (Royal Thai Air Force) (BAC) Bangkok Aviation Center Simulator modification & upgrade to ensure launch readiness, efficient production, manufacturing process and quality assurance.
Develop and instruct installation guidelines and quality checklist for new Simulator & PCATD to support production at Simulator modification and/or Flying Training School.
Ensure smooth production and part delivery on plan at Simulator modification to meet monthly wholesale target.
Measure quality problem after delivery and come up with countermeasure for long term improvement and customer satisfaction.
Provide input and work with MC on future vehicle programs to ensure those products possess features which are relevant to Local consumers and differentiate WM Simulator from competitive products.
Enhance WM Simulator local genuine parts & accessory business competency in regards to preventive and corrective maintenance parts (PM/CM) scheduling.
Variety of product items by under serious training requirement.
Competitive feature & design functional, Styling exciting, Mechanical design smart similarity of world class simulators.
Competitive products pricing & local genuine parts maintaining by reasonability.
Engineering technical data transfer from WM to Suppliers including the engineering spec, 3D data, 2D drawings, DFMEA and all other related engineering documents. And it will be used for the localization work.
Ensure the readiness of genuine parts and pilot Simulator product to support marketing launch activities i.e. photo shooting, TVC production, various launch events and oversea Air Show event.
Collaborate with WM Simulator distributors in Asia Oceania countries to fulfill the responsibilities described here.
Provide exteriors and interiors engineering parts integration support to marketing R&D activities i.e. Simulator mid light upgrade, Customization development and contribution with technical information provision in test ride trip.
Contribute Factory Acceptance Test FAT in finally.
