Jobs Detail

• An document preparation for making procedures and relevant document before start the project of the following,
- quality control procedure
- inspection and test plan (ITP)
- welding procedure specification (WPS)
- procedure qualification record (PQR)
• First establish the QC organization chart to ensure suitability and quatity of qc personnel that the inspection requirement of any qualty/inapection plan can be met to customer.
• The Preparation of QC cost & budget to ensure all of the quality department to project manager review.
• The Preparation of QC tool and consumable those the inspection activity for suitability an manpower and quality requirement in the project.
• Planning QC personnel suitable at the work place and any inspection activities that qualty/inapection plan can be met to project requirement.
• The training program preparation and training to QC personnel and production team with relevant quilty requirement for understand QC procedures,project specification,ITP,WPS berfore start working.
• The coordination all in case quality with customer representative, sub-contractor, third party and another team.
• Review all QC tool calibation certificate,welding consumable certificate,material certificate,painting material certificate and NDT consumable certificate.
• Control QC Inspection record for available and suitable retention and traceability.
• Planning and control daily update an job status for easy traceability and report.
• Review and Develop data base system for support operation record and relevant document in accordance with customer approved in the project.
• Preparation of summary QC progress by weekly and monthly for report to QA/QC manage and customer in meeting room such as the following,
- WPS/PQR
- NDE percentage
- RFI (Request for inspection)
- Final dimension and release to paint
- Welding traceability report
- welder reject rate
- punch list status
- painting status
- daily surveillance,walkthrough finding,DSR,NCR and other audit report
- KPI
- final document handover submission (MDR)
• Monitoring and observation all inspection activities for compliance ITP,contract document, project specification, Code, procedures, quality plan and ISO 9001.
• Planning and Control quality requirement in accordance project specification.
• Quality walkthrough with customer
• Preparation all QC document for customer audit.
• Planning and control QC document during construction phase for easy collection final document handover submission (MDR)
