• Meeting with the customers
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Negotiate with the customer.
• Manage Change Request
• Get requirement from user.
• Prepare detail design document.
• Coordinate with developer team for understand requirement.
• Design workflow.
• Develop of auto report with Store procedure.
• Coordinate with partner from NICE Ltd.
• Develop of RPA Process with NICE Real-Time Designer
• Planning for developer team
• Estimate time and resources for development.
• Design Database with MSSQL, Write SQL Command, Store Procedure.
• Coordinate with developers and partner from oversea.
