ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Control document (QM ,Procedure,W/I,Form ,Document support) ISO 9001 (Every revise)
- Received the application request for new , revise and cancel of documents in the ISO system.
- Record registration for requested application for new, revise and cancel the document
- Action and follow the application request , Prepare copy document , Distribute document
-Update document and registration list of ISO system center
-Disposal (break) document of ISO expire
2. Control record (Everyday)
-Keeping document record of ISO system
-Check expire of record of ISO system
-Disposal (break) record of ISO expire
-Control and communication about record of ISO system
3. Internal Audit ISO system (Auditor)( 6 month)
- Prepare plan for internal audit , Prepare check list for internal audit
- Prepare audit report for internal audit
- Issue CAR+PAR report
4. Surveilance Visit ISO system (CB Audit) 5. KPI Data ( 6 month)
- Prepare document data for Audit , Receive Audit of document from CB ( Auditee)
5. KPI Data ( 1 month)
- Collection data of KPI 12 item , Summary KPI data
