• Supervise and monitoring the administrative tasks associated with quality management system.
• Continuously improve production line efficiency by lean and KAIZEN activity.
• Defect and customer claims solving.
• Ensures safe working conditions in all areas of responsibility, promotes safety consciousness among subordinates, and enforces safety rules and regulations.
• Auditee of Technical overview process audit accordance with ISO14001, ISO9001.
• Promotes cost reduction and established controls.
• KPI report to top management.

• Responsible for the production of Rotor and Stator product.(Auto part)
• Ensures that production line are of highest quality, timely, accurate and economical.
• Manpower planning and control.
• Continuously improve production line efficiency by create and development VA, Eff, FTT and OEE activity.
• Defect analyze and customer claims solving.
• Lean, KAIZEN and JIT management.
• Ensures safe working conditions in all areas of responsibility, promotes safety consciousness among subordinates, and enforces safety rules and regulations.
• Promotes cost reduction and established controls.
• Auditee of Technical overview process audit accordance with IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, OHSAS18001, VDA 6.3.
• KPI report to top management (Thai manager and Japanese manager).
