ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Handle Time Critical Express Service for both import and export / Hand carry service and NFO shipment
Import :
-Monitor shipment from origin to arrive BKK ensure all import docs are correctly and revise consignee details before over cut off time.
-Send pre alert to customer and request all necessary docs for processing customs clearance in BKK
-Coordinated with internal team and customer to ensure that draft import entry process correctly and confirm by consignee
-Keep update shipment milestone and report to agent and customer promptly and aware of any problem incur must report to agent and customer in timely manner
-Booking subcontract truck and control truck will arrive consigne’s place same as estimated timeline
- Issue import invoice and debit note correctly according to the tariff and accrual sales and cost accordance to company regulation
-Provide tariff rate for express service to external overseas agent team and internal sales team





Export :
-Receive booking details from agent or customer in Thailand operated in time critical express service
-Booking truck for pick up shipment and match with cut off time of flight departure from BKK pick up same day of flight departure
-Coordinated with customer and internal for set up all necessary docs for export customs clearance , booking flight with airline and issue AWB
-Keep update shipment milestone and report to agent and customer promptly and aware of any problem incur must report to agent and customer timely manner
-Issue export invoice and debit note correctly according to the tariff and accrual sales and cost accordance to company regulation

2) Coordinated and contact with /airline terminal agency, airline and customer in BKK to ensure the
document are correctly issue and hand over to customer’s broker or internal customs clearance team in time
3) Send pre alert to customer and provide shipment details according to shipment terms
4) Keep monitor D/O status and inform customer broker to pick up D/O from us
5) Keep monitor shipment status and report to agent and customer promptly and aware of any problem incur must report to agent and customer in timely manner
6) Issue invoice billing to local customer and agent
