ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Responsible for the technical management, supervision and control of industrial production processes. Shift and 'on-call' work may be required, particularly where manufacturing/production equipment is in continual 24-hour operation.
2. Planning and draw up a production schedule.
3. Ensure that manufacturing process run reliably and efficiently.
4. Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and managers.
5. Assessing project and resource requirements.
6. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
7. Determining quality control standards.
8. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
9. Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
10. Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
11. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
12. Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
13. Liaise with different departments, teams and companies, e.g. suppliers, managers, clients.
14. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
15. Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met.
16. Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.
17. Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers.
18. Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
19. Review worker performance and identify training needs.
20. Supporting and discussion with auditor team for Quality System Audit, CB Audit and Customer Audit.
21. Respond with the process Audit; schedule, audit, report issue CAR to concerning person and follow-up.
22. Advice and work with clients to develop effective management system on various International standards.
23. Coordinate with client’s management on progress and help to resolve management
issues.
24. Assignment to team for follow up supplier audit activity.
25. Other work of assignment.
