2. Responsible for teaching and training the use of our products, providing technical knowledge to customers such as MSA gas meters, Personal Fall Limiter (PFL), self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA).
3. Take care of problematic device claim documents This starts with investigating problems and preparing documents to submit a claim to MSA Thailand and following up the claim process until obtaining a new product to replace the problematic product
