• Reviewing of all company service contract example are
- HR service : Leasing & Service agreement of new sales office in Bangkok, Security service contract, sub contractor contract, hospital and hotel service contract and other.
- Warehouse service : Lease agreement of forklift equipment.
- Engineering service : Yearly preventive maintenance service of boiler, cooling tower, chiller, CDA and transformer.
- Quality department : Yearly calibration service contract.
and adjust some condition to get more company benefit with target “best price/best quality” purchasing.
• Souring indirect material with yearly company budgetary of MRO 40M and CAPEX 60M baht.
- Engineering spare part (filter, screw, stainless parts), Utility (gas, oil, water, electrical),
construction and renovation supplier.
- Operating supply parts (ink, glove, chemical, tissue, cover shoe).
- Production machine, safety parts (PPE).
-Marketing media agency (Exhibition booth, premium gift, company calendar)
-Laboratory instrument,
-Stationery, Uniform, IT-hardware/software, office services furniture/printer/telephone,
Consultants and advisors
• Expertise in developing local vendors, reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Successfully implemented vendor development including supplier evaluating report.
• Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
• Purchasing machine with improved technology to increase production.
• Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations.
• Preparing monthly reporting to Purchasing Manager.
• Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery and contracts.
• Successfully to prepare purchasing document to support ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14000, GMP, HSCCP and FSSC certification.
• Selected training course for improvement team skill.
• Set up KPI of indirect team.
• Managed 2 staff and they are Sr. Purchasing officer level.
