Field of work (R&D engineer)
- Work directly with R&D, Sales team,QC ,Project management, Operation and other internal function teams in development
and release of new products for agreesively.
- Assist in the definition , development and implementation of manufacturing test plans for newly released product.
- Support internal engineering BOMs reviews and agile BOMs implemention ativities.
- Coordinate engineering change activities (ECR ,ECN)
- Participate in internal design review for new product and act as the primary owner for DFM (Design for Manufacturability, test ,etc.) feedback. - Genarator Ligthing mesurement test lumen, luminous intensity, IES files etc.

- Responsibility for QSA : Quality System Audit / QPA : Quality Process Audit (Local & Oversea vendor)
- Monitoring material quality problem.and follow up "Corrective action from vendor"
