Responsibilities
 Oversee and build sales, budgets, projections costs and overhead
 Setup strategic planning for new business development and business expansion
 Define business plan and Retail Business roadmap by working with CEO & COO and stakeholders
 Define product feature critical to successful business model development for all channel and translate into product requirements by coordinating with market development team.
 Define key product positioning attributes and translate in sales, expand market and communications tools by working with marketing team.
 Build high quality brand image and brand awareness through merchandising and communicate to effectively handle activities.
 Develop pricing models, policies and mark up margin for all channels with accounting and marketing team.
 Develop retail vision, strategy and plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
