ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Regional RF planning and optimization with Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia equipment.
• New site planning, LTE/UMTS site and Node-Bs using RF planning tool (Plannar) defining their relate parameters: site coordinates, antenna type, antenna height, antenna azimuth, antenna tilt, power, cable loss, propagation, model parameters.
• Work with Site acquisition and Regional RNO Engineer to find the suitable site location to build site as nominal plans.
• TDD 2300 network launch : Planning site solution and cluster optimization.
• New equipment trial (Small cell antenna, RRU)
• Propose solution for supporting event and monitoring.
• Analyzing the trends of Network performance KPI.
• Optimization of network based on coverage and capacity requirement for new and existing site.
• Validate and approve all propose for improving area : Revises existing site design and tunes cell parameters.

• Review the acceptance report and requesting vendor for improving problem area.

• Employee complaints received and marketing, sales feedback and work with vendor to resolve complex issue.
• Prepared database for site relocation and prepared event parameters.

• Troubleshooting and identify the cause of network quality and hardware fault for incident.
• Analyze customer complaint and propose solution for solving problem with current capacity/coverage plan.
• Worst cell analysis and solving problem.
• Supporting OSS KPI monitoring and improvement.
• Co-working with vendors (Ericsson, Huawei) in Troubleshooting BTS/Node B, BSC/RNC parameters and features problem.
