ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Establish, control and monitor the all-incoming materials to be within agreed specification before using in production and ensure a low cost production.
-Establish, control and review quality result of intermediate product at each critical stage to be within specifications to minimize the loss, reduce re-work and non-conformance products.
-Establish, control the laboratory activities according to ISO/IEC 17025, FoQus Food Safety and Quality management system.
-Support production by means adequate information on trends, NCs, corrective action and participates in quality improvement teams.
-Advice the corrective action and preventive action which concerning quality and food safety issue to production for reducing quality incident and improvement of quality and food safety management system
-Participate and support with the quality system in all activities.
-Monitor all activities in laboratory as incoming materials, chemical and microbiological laboratory.
-Ensure the process parameters, which are critical for milk production, are according to specification.
-Ensure all QC Technician gets training course to encourage accuracy and precision analysis results.
-Follow up and improve the proficiency testing results for QC Staff to have an accuracy and precision for Chemical and microbiological laboratory analysis.
-Plan and manage laboratory activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales.
