P&L of plant responsible.
- Control expense manpower cost, equipment cost or management cost and do balance with the profit with the customer payment.
- Monitoring manpower in every position to work on the target of customer and workload.
Inventory control, Stock in out to warehouse
- Monitoring and control team inventory for receive finish good from Suntory Pepsico.
- Monitoring inventory and operation team careful cut off inventory out from system. To real Finish Good ,data same of Suntory of Pepsico inventory.
- Balance area keeping finish good storage and picking area in warehouse.
- Control balance pallet storage for support production line, manage cost with team expense and share to customer.
- Control team operation to management scrap and balance stock.
- Monitoring stock daily ,weekly and Monthly.
- Control team leader check stock monthly and report to Suntory Pepsico.
- Project improvement of distribution and warehouse Improvement from the requirement after meeting ,any complain point.
- Suggestion the customer for improvement some point ,they no idea with operation ,area ,safety etc.
- Lead and set up training process work standard to staff or specified by law.
Customer service (3PL)
- Manage team leader plan workload from the Suntory Pepsico order.
- Support team transport loading and unloading at distribution area.
- Preparing Finish good by shipment to support transport team of customer
- Coordinate and support Suntory supplier work at distribution area.
- Support team lead operation of Suntory Pepsico requirement.
- Prepare manpower join the Suntory Pepsico and their customer activity by appropriate.
Monthly report, KPI report
- Report stock balance finish good monthly in-out warehouse to the customer
- Report performance trips delivery ,order shipment selling ,safety
- Report pallet using and stock monthly control to team expense company and send report to customer after team expense approve.
- Improvement report
Coordinate and support other Dept.
- Support HR for interview and recruitment in every position.
- Support IT function for internet process in Suntory area.
Meeting and support customer or other function
- Meeting daily ,weekly with team operation of Suntory Pepsico.
- Meeting daily with team leader customer operation
- Meeting Monthly with management team Suntory Pepsico and s customer.
- Meeting with safety team Suntory Pepsico and company safety team.
- Meeting with our operation team support (LF)
Manpower Management and Organization
- Coordinate with HR for find candidate support work Suntory Pepsico and interview for the appropriate .
- Set up manpower in the position of organize model , and review.
- Organize manpower by under cost model of company (Lower than customer cost model).
- Review performance staff for continue register contract or change contract from temporary to permanently or not register contract.

WI and SOP Operation
- Writing WI and SOP and review as the requirement from customer.
- Set up team lead to training WI and SOP to all staff.
- Operation to team use WI and SOP to real work.
Operation Management
- Manpower balance daily work control 7 day (24 hours support).
- Manpower management with subcontractor manpower.
- Operation control receive FG from line production Suntory Pepsico ,process stacking FG, Process Picking ,checker out process, loading unloading process.
- Control plan loading ,unloading for the priority Suntory Pepsico customer. And control arrival time at DC of customer.
- Coordinate and plan truck to arrive unload and load by the time slot set up.
- Control operation team for coordinate with Suntory Pepsico s customer for support and solve at DC.
- Support team operation ,safety ,HR ,security or other section as request.
- Investigation when have accident with safety and Suntory Pesico safety for fine route case and improvement .
- Improvement and provide operation in shot term and long term.
- Control team leader for rigorous serious quality check packaging ,pallet FG on standard of Suntory Pepsico s customer. Before operation delivery.
- Suntory Pepsico and their customer satisfaction management.

Fleet management

- Manage and control team leader to operation team staff work on standard and customer requirement .
- Achievement on target delivery with the customer requirement.
- Management driver to safety in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
- Meeting and investigation with safety ,HR, Customer , for any accident case accident (Delivery and warehouse)
- Improvement and solve complain of Isuzu s customer(TIS) and Non TIS customer by appropriate
- Join meeting with the drivers and his union including management the problem appropriately .
- Manage and suggestion leader and staff team to satisfaction as appropriate.
- Maintain company trailer and subcontractor trailer by the appropriate on base area or requirement of customer.
- Control team leader for update transportation law of Thailand ,register ,insurance or driver licence expire period.
- Improve driver ,staff and leader to work with high efficiency.
- Control operation team leader to close report on time customer set up.And review report before send to customer and Management.
Inventory control for distribution (Isuzu pick up)
- Inventory control FG between factory Samrong Samutprakarn ,Gateway Chachoeng sao delivery to motor pool (warehouse storage).
- Inventory management control at motor pool.Delivery FG to TIS s customer at upcountry and Bangkok area.
- Inventory management control at yard or warehouse storage.Delivery FG to Non TIS s customer at upcountry and Bangkok area.(Project support FORD , NISSAN ,SCB car impound movement.
- Control plan support to company driver,send driver to drive Big truck of TIS and Non TIS delivery to their customer show room.
Profit and lost.
- Management budget for balance expense on target gold of income in every month.
- Meeting with team management for solution plan in every month and year plan solution ,For do on plan suggestion of management .
- Report management about the profit and lost in every monthly .
- Project improvement of transport and distribution for cost saving.
- Identify route case when have accident for save money and dependability.
Customer service (3PL)
- Work and support with customer TIS (Treepet Isuzu sale) and Non TIS (Not Izusu sale).
- Suggestion the customers when they have new project improvement ,and support new project ,update and report result by weekly or event.
- Meeting and work with customer or subcontractor of TIS and Non TIS.
1.Work with TIS or Non TIS daily
2.Weekly meeting with TIS ,Non TIS ,Subcontractor TIS ,Subcontractor transportation or staff of their customer.
Support new customer
- TIS have new customer ,operation team must to support for the routing for delivery ,Investigation area for set up area storage or suggestion to customer of TIS and report result of new project customer.
Monthly report ,KPI report
- Report Monthly to customer

Coordinate and support other Dept.
- Work ,coordinate and support with HR area and union of driver.(only driver have union)
- Work and coordinate with training function for train driver and staff to required by law and course employees must attend the training as appropriate.
- Coordinate with purchasing to find supplier ,send the quotation support operation or customer project.
- Control team operation work under ISO 9001 .14001 and OHSAS 18001.And support document requirement
- Maintenance vehicle control (Cost and target).
- Control team staff for send trailer to maintenance on time period setting
- Control cost maintenance in the gold target monthly.
- Coordinate with maintenance service for plan maintenance in big case accident or project modify.
- Management team maintenance to work under law of envelopment Thailand and ISO 14001.

- Fleet control (LLC ,LCB branch)
1.Company Fleet
Control team staff to support customer by pick up , 6 wheel ,trailer for
delivery FG to area support.
- Domestic
- Between factory customer to customer warehouse.
- Between customer warehouse to customer warehouse
- Move FG from customer to dropping warehouse and delivery to their customer
- Milkrun trailer spare part from customer to their customer.
- Milkrun 6Wheel support customer factory to Toyota.
- 4 wheel ,6 Wheel project to support new customer or (Directly or dropping) delivery to customer.
- Export and import
- Control leader and staff support trailer plan and delivery FG and to Leamchabung or Bangkok port.
- Control operation process export ,Import on standard example Time arrival ,Ticket gate port. X ray constainer . Case delay ,Traffic jam at port ,Problem at constrainer yard ,Coordinate to customer service for the process container out of delivery.
- Solve all problem operation export and import.
- Control consumption fuel rate to achieve with the company rate .
- Consider and improvement when have the trouble.
2.Subcontractor feet
- Review cost transport of subcontractor
- Negotiate cost transport if route have high cost .
- Balance use transport subcontractor company in the appropriate .
New project and improvement operation
- Support new project and improvement old and new customer.
- Support WI and process to sale team or customer service to present at customer.
- Review and support new project customer when they want succession.
- Improvement and utilize truck and trailer for support any customer
Manpower management
- Organize operation team to customer project in according with policy and management company.
- Solution the problem about staff and driver stop work or turn over.
- Coordinate to HR team for set up course training to driver ,staff , supervisor by the appropriate and transportation law of Thailand.
- Review performance staff for continue register contract or change contract from temporary to permanently or not register contral

Cost calculation transportation.
- Review cost calculation when the old contract use service truck of customer expire and support new contract to team sale or customer service for continue register new contract with customer.
- Support cost calculation for new customer by share cost breakdown as from request.( Sending real cost) to sale team ,customer service for upper profits before send to management approve before send to customer.
- Review old contract transport and manpower subcontractor for continue new register contract. And negotiate cost and expense if any high cost.
- Find new subcontractor to support customer service of company for support customer. If they want more requirement.
- Balance company and subcontract truck to standard of company policy and appropriate kind of jobs.
Budget yearly management Dept.
- Review budget of manpower ,equipment ,pick up ,truck and trailer used expense for do yearly budget, send top management review and approve.

Meeting and report.
- Meeting with team for review operation and report before sending to customer or management.
- Control leader for achieve report with team staff by daily for summary to send report by weekly and monthly.
- Find the improvement and update old problem with progress solution to close .
Coordinate and support other Dept.
- PA (HR), WH, Sale, Maintenance, Customer vice, Subcontractor and other .
- By the scope of work Example HR support review manpower cost before sent HR to approve and send to accounting to approve to payment., Support warehouse by move raw material or Finish good from request. ,Support maintenance team to spread trailer truck to time maintenance set up. Support safety team and HR team for join investigate when have the accident case and plan for improvement .
