Oversea front operation,check guest expect arrival the less.Check in/out guest ,Inspect room reservation and room available.print out cashier report and close shift cashier,count money in float ,close batch edc.print out room discrepancy and check room rate correctly.check and complete guest registration card,print out report before closed day and closed day ,made immigration report ,inspect hotel area ,inspect security check point and staff perfermance ,inspect telephone system,water system ,electricity system ,print out report after close and distribution report to Gm and department concerned,made timeline report and incident report sent to front office manager and GM.stand by in front lobby and check guest balance and report front office manager.in early morning inspect restaurant to check line buffet and discuss with front office manager before finish work ect.
