• Improvement production process for increase % Yield of virgin coconut oil and
reduce waste in process.
• Improvement engineering team for reduce breakdown and startup store for
control spare parts.
• Improvement to warehouse team by controlling to stock keeping, stock level, dead
stock to reduce expenses.
• Improvement to Quality team by review and revise current criteria to meet global
standard such as startup AQL level for sampling and reject to process.
• Improvement to R&D team by implement project schedule and add knowledge for
trial new products to meet with future market share and improve current product.
• Lead to setup plant layout incase install new machine.

Achievement:
• Completed Cost saving project of “Reduce dead stock” in warehouse area. (Can
clear about 402,250 baht per current stock.)
• Completed Cost saving project of “Reduce sampling & reject quantity” in quality
activity’s. (Can saving about 25,600 baht per month.)

• Completed Kaizen project of “ Kanban card” for improvement and control stock
level before shortage.

project can help company for sales Endotracheal tubes product to EUROPE.
• Completed Cost saving project of “New exiting mold” by increase cavity from old
mold have 4 cavitys to be 8 cavitys, This project can increase FG by use same cycle time
for injection by not effect to quality issues.
• Completed Cell operation project for improve effectiveness of operator by station.
