- Preparing purchase order to shipper and summarizing estimate departure date related to customer requirement.
- Collecting and checking related document thoroughly such as FTA forms, Invoice Packing list, Import Entry, etc.
- Coordinating with oversea agents for import-export products by email and phone
-Quote import-export rates to customer
-Contacting and coordinating with local customers and carrier line , forwarding information.
- Coordinate with custom broker for customs clearance and transportation.

3.Support customer's inquiry and proceeding the shipment on time.
4.Provide sale summary report.
5. Develop Sales Forecast
