ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Internal and External:
• Understand and collaborate the company and department objective & KPIs and each section objective.
• Overall in charge of all activities of Export shipments, customs clearance and achieve on time delivery to customers, 24x7 operations.
• Overall in charge of all activities of Import shipments, customs clearance and achieve 24x7 on time delivery to Production Line.
• Control Import and Export privilege, license and permit.
• Support and control warehouse operations, ensure the movement accuracy and process review.
• Coordinate and deal directly with suppliers, customers, freight forwarding, Customs Brokerage, service provider/3PL.
• Manage shipment inventory, delivery and truck schedule plan to match with customer and cost optimization improvement.
• Manage and organize subordinate and material resource to meet company target and regulations.
• Ensure efficiency of communication and collaboration with Production, Buyer, Internal and External colleagues and provide the fast response.
• Be a Company’s Representative handling Property and Cargo Damage Insurance Claim.
• Handle Trade Compliance, coordinate and establish the processes.

• Improvement :
• Problem solving with team and analyze for setting the corrective and preventive actions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve the customer complaints.
• Manage freight forwarding, service provider/3PL, suppliers and drive for the performance improvement.
• Conduct Safety & Risk Assessment, Environmental Aspect & Impact Assessment and developing the operational processes.
• Manage and coach team members to gain the improvement and develop their skills and performance.
• Plan and execute the education skills up program for all subordinate.
• Support new system, new process and project implementation including developing the process.

• Measurement :
• Implement, enforce, keep tracking and develop the operational flow to meet the KPIs/objectives.
• Control shipments loading, shipping & Customs documents and the privilege accuracy to ensure the compliance of legal and regulations.
• Implement and control the shipments schedule and keep on time delivery schedule.
• Analyze and develop the processes and operations to lean process and gain the cost effectiveness.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with the agreement,environmental, health and safety standard.
• Prepare and maintain working procedures, SOW and KPIs reports, and audit supporting.
• Control PR&PO, monitor the shipment and billing.
