-Source, compare, select and negotiate for the best purchase the goods in term of quality include price, credit terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
-Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on-time.
-Coordinate with other departments in procurement activities.
-Provide reports and evaluate supplier performance.
-Experience for the entire purchasing, negotiating, and contracting functions coupled with a solid track record of initiating and carrying out cost reduction

-Prepare fabric sample for sending buyer.
-Issue P.O. for salesman and production order for fabric both local and import.
-Follow up on the fabric delivery date.
-Follow up shipment sample for approve before release shipment.
-Follow up on pending fabric which need more or short.
-Record for local fabric status for payment
-Solve the problem on over replace or over due delivery date.
-Apply shipping document on fabric for make invoice shipment
