ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Control overall of production manpower plan, availability of machine and material Planning.
Wooden packaging (Pallet and Wooden case and Packing Operation Inside or Outside) for Export product.
- Control lost time and waste occurred from production line.
- Control attendance rate for ensuring production plan stability.
- Correct or solve problems in production.
- Productivity Improvement Leader Project. (Lean , Kaizen , 5S , Safety , Cost reduction )
- Control improvement of the production line to increase productivity and improve quality.
- Control and improvement Quality in production operation.
- Transportation Planning and Manage Truck for Delivery on time to Customer by daily / weekly / Monthly.
- Warehouse control for Finish good Wooden Packaging for support all customer require.
- Inventory control for Wooden material and Packing Material and Finish Good Wooden Packaging.
- Finding and set training class to improve working skill for subordinates.
- Working with internal concern team to solve operation problem and improve productivity in Production process.
- Working with safety Team to improve and control overall safety policies for Production operation.
(PPE, Forklift Certify, Training class for front line operation)
- Working with vendor and supplier to solve machine problem in Production process.
- Working with the management team to implement the company's policies and goals.

Job Description
- Production control.
- Set standard DGR of work
- Communicate with ME / Production / Tooling team/ Trainer to set DGR improvement target.
- Work with Tooling team to set tooling readiness.
- Work with Trainer team to set good and easy handling.
- Work with ME to provide new instruction to DGR improve project.
- Prepare unit per hour and provide to production.
- Work with Production line to do smart build and monitoring unit per hour.
- Follow up and summary project progressive, tracking time schedule and problem.
- Create presentation package when complete the project and release to Manager.
- Other job from Manager Assign to meet the company target.
- To check line readiness for Manpower / Tooling / Part status / SUB Material with Foreman.
- Prepare daily output and share problem finding to next shift to closed and prevent.
- Review daily output and follow up item with previous shift.
- Communicate with Production Planning team to review daily output and update shipment status.
- Work with Production planning to change daily plan build when the customer change some requirement.
- Work with ME to improve yield by trial new handling, trial new small tool and GENBA
- Work with IE team to monitoring unit per hour when we have capacity improvement activities.
- Work with SQE when we found Part problem in line, tracking lot number / invoice number, monitoring team and line loading to make sure dependency.
- Work with trainer team to improve good handling, Multi skill, Update new procedure form Fujisawa when some document release.
- Work with Head count committee team to commit Man Power Capacity, Share Manpower resign,
Request Man Power replacement to meet MSS require
- Monitoring capacity learning curve when we have new team or new operator.
- To support Operator and Foreman to join company activities.
