- Design and implement learning and development programs and methodologies to enhance our people capabilities e.g. Leadership Skill, Functional Skill and Technical Skill.
- To be a trainer and facilitator of leadership programs.
- Lead and drive blended learning in organization.
- Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Perform in-house training organization e.g. training plan, budget, preparing required documents and materials, coordinating with participants, ensuring preparation of training facilities, etc. to be available in timely manner and in consistence with the procedure.
- Analyse and update training record both in-house and external training in the database.

-Support and drive company values and corporate culture and ensuring all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
-Provide support in launching and implementing the HR project/activities in align with business direction.
-Formulated and implemented L&D Strategies by designing course annually covering Product and service knowledge, Device Settings, Soft Skill techniques, New Technology and Gadget, Entertainment Content, System Workflow Process etc.
-Prepare and forecast annual training budget and expenses for departments under own account.
-Enhance working processes logically to drive sales performance promoter efficiency, including motivation staff and partners to ensure that all operations in AIS Shop are smooth run with efficiency and effectiveness.
-Transformation and contribution to innovative ways of delivering just in time and blended learning and development solutions to Online Learning.
-Becoming an expert in new products and product roadmap to clearly communicate them to Staff, Customers and Partners e.g. managing product launches, customer experience management and feedback.
-Product Management and Service Design E2E Process: Leading and delivering of product or sale training to All AIS Touch Point. Use data to inform strategy, track and measure impact of programs.
-Ad Hoc Project development, delivery, management and evaluation.
