 Assist in a fast, smooth and pleasant check in and check out.
 Room controller.
 Preparing group check-in.
 Welcome, greet and escort all arriving guests (VIP and Individual).
 First priority dealing with complaints or problems with guest.
 Answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding area.
 Taking and passing on messages to guests dealing with special requests from guests (like booking theatre tickets or storing valuable items).
 Choosing rooms and handing out keys.
 Double check and adjust billing before guest check out in next day.
 Preparing bills and taking payments.
 Check and Correction all cashier before submit to accounting.
 Coordinate with the sale and handle business or travel group check in and check out.
 Check and Correction room rate before close day.
 Create roster for team member.
