● I am in charge of Modern trade consumer product, TV and audio.
● My core duty is PSI, arrange budget, drive sales team (PC) to achieve sales target.

July 2012 - February 2020
● 7 years, I was in charge of System solution products. Mainly is Projector, also Flat panel display, HDVC and scanner.
● I was successful of company goal to growth profitability by channel development from box sales to be solution sales. At the same time succeeded to lead team to be professional of sales activities.
● Plan, develop and forecast of selling system products to achieve assigned BP.
● Provide sales & marketing support to develop key dealer to growth sale out.
● Manage project pipeline to meet customer demand and requirement.
● Design and implement a strategic campaign to gain market share.
● Ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the company policies.
● Arrange product training to key dealer, SI, sub dealer (Co-work with engineer team)
● Create JD and work tool for PC and subordinate including performance evaluation.
● Directly presentation to management team for competitors, market situation, any activity should focus in several issues.
