 Responsible for overall hotel operation & Administration
 Develop and administer FB budget of each department
 Control expense
 Prepare monthly FB report
 Training to the HOD team and motivate.
 Control and make sure all the department drive from the hotel standard.
 Control staff performance to make guest satisfaction, guest feedback and make sure the guest happy before leaving from the hotel.
 Yearly Revenues Budget and Expense budget present to the owner.
 Make sure internal and external customer are happy during contact or stay leave in the hotel.

 Yearly Revenues Budget and Expense budget
 Taking care over all for FO department during FO manager absent such as Dialing guest complain, Or any issue from FO department, Make sure the guest are satisfaction
 Make sure the kitchen on top of the hygiene.
 Inspection the room every day to make sure the room is met the guest satisfaction.
 Respond on TripAdvisor review for the restaurant.
 Respond on guest review real time and guest review on Expedia website.
