Summary: Business Unit Manager is the senior level outside sales position within the sales
and marketing team and includes responsibilities for new sales development. The Business
Development Manager is responsible for identifying prospective opportunities, developing
customer relationships, implementing Better Oil Tools marketing plan, protecting Better Oil Tools
profitability and fostering the growth of the sales and marketing team.

reports such as P&L, forecast, cost control, etc. to improve the ongoing
business entity financial book.
Overall responsibility for all sales and operations deliverable within the
Indochina region (Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh)
Improve business administration performance, including effective
management of ERP system, billing, inventory, accounts receivables, fleet
management, etc. to achieve the targets.
Developing the business goes hand to hand including improve my team's
skills for efficiency project results.
