ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. New Product Qualification, introduce new model from design phase until mass production with good quality
2. Cooperate with supporting all teams and control production to go with the same direction and achieve product target.
3. Maintain and improve key process parameter such as assembly yields, cycle time, Cpk’s, PPM’s, scrap cost to achieve product goal until product EOL.
4. Participate in meeting, product and technology transfer between work sites.
5. Provide team leadership in taskforce / action teams in customer audit and provide action plan and complete all items.
6. Manage and control process technician for his/her response and provide guidance for his/her activities.
7. Responsible for support all customer requirements.
