Planning, training and development, knowledge of Service&Sales with all Contact Center and Telesales agents.
Orientation new coming staff about vision, mission, organisation structure, infrastructural etc.
Preparing material and document of training course.
Evaluation work for new employees and a quarter for the current employee.
Coordination to product team to provide new or changed of product to train to the agents.
Design and develop training road map, training program to serve company's requirement.
