Plan daily operations such as receiving, storing, selecting and loading various products
 Manage and supervise the team to work efficiently
 Analyze the root cause of problems, develop solutions and devise preventative actions
 Report working results, problems that have occurred as well as corrective and preventative
actions to management
 Control performance to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
 Conduct training for staff members on processes and safety protocols
 Coordinate with customers and suppliers for receiving goods
 Plan and control to ensure that all shipments are accurately delivered to customers on time
 Coordinate with factories for delivery to the distribution center and to the site
 Control and monitor deliveries to customers
