ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Co-ordinate with carrier, customer ,overseas offices to move cargo as planned

- Book the vessel with carrier and inform vessel detail torelated department

- Input shipment detail into FMS( Freight Management System)

- Co-ordinate with related department /division for smooth operation.

- Follow shipment from POD or POL and inform all concern parties if any irregularities occurred.

- Contact carrier ,overseas office when received claim notice/complaint from customer.

- Check the draft BL ( BC , L/C , TTFAX ,TTDOC , Surrender BL ) , Packing List and other related document

- Check and balance stock to move cargo as plan

- Plan the production to produce the goods and ship as plan

- Respond daily emails

- Solve the problems with customer when customer complaint

- Make the satisfaction to customers.
