- Setup, Control and monitor project progress / budget / cost.
- Lead all engineering and design activities and ensure that this is fully effective.
- Lead and manage all project activities with other Departments / Divisions
- Involves in Risk assessment and Risk management
- Setup, Control and monitor Project Manpower Plan.
- Monitor and participate in procurement and subcontract process.
- Monitor and participate in Construction management works.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Make contract about the work to be maintenance.
- Inspect the equipment that relevant with mechanical.
- Perform preliminary repairs at the point of damage.
- Coordinate with contractors.
- Update the size of the space to rent and modify it in realtime.
- Monitoring the build of the company's asset and Check the correctness according to the plan.
- Support Team and Subordinates.
