-To source the potential local supplier for all equipment (Direct Material) in 7-11 store (Structure and Architecture Material)
‐ Support supplier performance evaluation, development and supplier relationship management
‐ Negotiate with external vendors to get the appropriate cost and secure advantageous term
‐ Set the action plan to deliver successful product (Quality – Cost -Delivery)
‐ Planning the inventory stocks for store equipment
‐ Track and report key functional metric to reduce expense and improve effectiveness

‐ Electronic bidding for EPC construction (Ariba) project in SCCC
- Conduct analysis to support the development of sourcing strategies for assigned sub‐categories/areas
‐ Execute selected activities of the strategic sourcing process
‐ Support supplier performance evaluation, development and supplier relationship management
‐ Interface with users, specifiers, working team and external suppliers to ensure satisfaction of key stakeholders
‐ Develop sub‐category saving and initiate category improvement plan
