- Control production and check the progress of production operations To follow the plan and achieve Goals laid down
There are reports of progress to the supervisors from time to time.
- Improve the production process for maximum efficiency (Cycle time, loss time, layout, stock area,
Improvement Kaizen, production equipment tools)
- Prepare Work Instruction, Q-Point Quality
- Trainner, Training for employees, Operator, Senior Operator (Q-Point Quality), All Process Assembly.
Increase Performance Personnel development and employee skills
- Check monthly documents Daily production lines periodically
- Report on the progress of the operation Production control (Mornitoring) for supervisors
- Other tasks assigned by supervisors
