ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects.
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field and take necessary actions for the progress to be completed on time.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review engineering deliverables such as shop drawings and designs for work and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Risk assessment and reporting to manager.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications and assist in the preparation of RFI's and track the document to close according to project.
Preparation of monthly progress payment (invoice).
Quantity estimation according to given scope and proposing new BOQ for the additional scope of work and review actual project costs to the committed costs.
Create and update equipment logs and populate with necessary date and information.
Review contract documents and work with Project Manager to assist in cost proposals in change order as required.
Coordinating with the site team for change in the work to propose the new quantity with the client.
Work closely with the client contract team to follow up and avoid delay in payment, change order and other commercial related tasks.
Produce project status reports of daily, weekly and monthly by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Review contract documents and extract pertinent information related to constructability
