ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Planning/Executing online plans/campaigns/programs and builds upon current client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives including manage budgets, profitability and receivables for new and existing clients
• Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
• Advise local customers together with a team of online marketing specialists, understand their needs and expectations and develop long-term online marketing strategies
• Create comprehensive content strategies spanning owned, social and traditional on client’s social media platforms to meet client objectives
• Work together with the operations team to report on the status of online marketing campaigns regularly to clients and transmit client’s expectations to the team
• Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape focusing on social media
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI) to client and other key stakeholders
• Work seamlessly between various stakeholders at a country and regional level
• Act as local client-facing representative of Digital team, attending planning meetings, client events and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and operate as day to day client contact
• Leverage existing relationships with IT bloggers, various influencers and develop new relationships on behalf of client
