ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Coordinator shipment Import & Export via by Air ,Sea ,Cross border, Courier (DHL
Express , Fedex)
- Prepare shipment export after received PO from WIS another country and start
process for create CIPL in FMS program , provide draft CIPL for destination review
and approve.
- Shipment ship out already next process ship confirm in FMS.
- Request freight quote from Freight forwarders and provide to Business unit / WIS at
destination for approval.
- Coordinate with WIS at destination and Freight forwarder for any further inquiry of
the shipment.
- Issue Service Request (PO) to Freight forward for billing reference after shipment
departed.
- Record export shipment details on tracking sheet.
- Monitor and Follow up with Freight forward to make sure that all shipment has
delivered to destination.
- Provide PO to supplier.
- Required local transportation for support tools load out to Jetty and provide PO to
vender.
- Add new vender in FMS.
- Create PO for vender and follow up for delivery date.
- Negotiated with individual suppliers in terms of price, date and amount available for
delivery.
- Create Invoice for submit to customer for billing.

-จัดซื้อน้ำยางเข้าโรงงาน ออกเอกสาร PO ให้ Vender
-ทำรายงานการใช้น้ำยางส่งให้การยาง
-ดูแลการนำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ ทางรถ ทางเรือ ทางแอร์
-แก้ไขเอกสาร Invoice , packing list ส่งให้ shipping เพื่อใช้ในการ custom clearance
-Review draft AWB ,BL import shipment.
-จัดทำ Report เช่น รายงานน้ำยางส่งให้ศูนย์วิจัยการยาง , รายงานสารเคมีเข้าในแต่ละเดือน
- ติดต่อ Supplier ในประเทศและต่างประเทศในการติดต่อซื้อสารเคมี ,ขอเครดิตจากSupplierในการซื้อขายสารเคมี
-จัดเก็บเอกสาร MSDS , COA, document support for chemical.
- จัดหา freight agent รับสินค้าจากโรงงานในต่างประเทศจนถึงโรงงาน
- กรณีสารเคมีที่สั่งซื้อมีปัญหาติดต่อกลับไปยังSupplier เพื่อหาข้อมูลและเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่
- ซื้อของใช้ทั่วไป เครื่องมือช่าง
