- Start Batch Sheet for the Shift. Batch Sheets maintained on Shared Drive file.
- Trailer Management - Call-In Trailers in the System
- "Book" the Trailer in CMMS off re-load sheets - Complete Batch Sheet
- Finalize updating the Batch Sheet and 3PL Dock Schedule. Print copy of Batch Sheet for file.
- Collect the following Paperwork for each Dock and bring to MP&L Office when Batch Sheet is complete.
- Inbound Paperwork, (BOL & Shipper stapled together), in Batch Sheet Order for all Trailers on the Batch Sheet.
- Outbound Shipping Paperwork, (BOL's/Shippers), should be Signed and Filed by day at the Dock.
