In Part of Customs Clearing
• Supervising and controlling the operation team to coordinating with shipping agents by supporting importation documentation requirement to ensure proper documentation comply to Thailand FDA and Custom regulations.
• Monitoring inbound shipment from port to warehouse and proactively performing timely goods receive.
• Responsible for Inventory Reconciliation.
• Supervising and controlling the inventory ream to manage month end inventory closing activities such as expired write off, inventory adjustment in system.
• Supervising and controlling the inventory team for sample/demo request and order Processing in SAP.
• Co-ordinate with Sale Admin on product complaints and non-complaint returns.
• Teamwork: Develops relationships with internal customers to maintain critical communication process; Close teamwork with Territory Managers and CS Team to enable a total service.
In part Warehouse and Delivery
• Establishes and maintains operational procedures for all warehouse functional areas including delivery, receiving, Storage, transfers and inventory control.
• Ensures timely and efficient order picking by maintaining accurate warehouse inventory through the use of computer system and consistent operational procedures.
• Handles the damaged material to ensure the minimal loss of profitability for the organization.
• Ensures timely and accurate customer deliveries by scheduling and dispatching company vehicles.
• Anticipates conditions leading to poor customer service by working with warehouse associates to resolve immediate and longer-term problems in a professional manner.
• Establishes and expects achievement of work goals by warehouse associates through clear professional communication and consistent accountability.
• Ensures excellent customer service at the counter by participating in Counter activities and duties when needed.
• Monitoring 3PL for the external warehouse to achieve with company goal.
