ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Responsibility
• The preparation of the questionnaire on Survey of customer satisfaction in using services from the company.
• Prepare assigned documents such as quotation, certificate, air waybill, commercial invoice, customer data, write cheque of bank deposit.
• Organize documents for ease of use.
• Data recording and editing in CRM system
• Compare the costs of freight charges for delivered within and outside the country • Create a delivery schedule to help Sales Support Manager.
• Prepare and deliver products that are stocked in the office, Follow order status tracking.
• Deal with customer such as customers need information and order products, customer would like to contact Sale.
• Other duties as assigned such as prepare a meeting room, check the email of Sales.
• Seminar at Centara Grand Mirage beach Resort Pattaya on 2020
- Find a event location and compare prices and quality.
- Create a guest name and send an invitation email to help Sales Manager.
- Create list and prepare products for show.
- Advise produces and other support services.
• Ware house
- Check of stock produce in the part of Sale demo.
- Check of stock produce in every month
- Calculate the prices in the contract to find the lower cost.
- Plan and calculate the storage space at the office.

Responsibility on class
• The report on SAP Financial statement insights for profit and loss. I was responsible for the learning process of system and translation English to Thai.
The report on Case study of the volume of container from Asia to America. I was responsible for the SWOT Analysis.
