- Provide tailor-made group tours, as well as tours for individuals, and design activities to meet the specific desires of
each group of visitors to oversee travel agencies over the world.
- Correspondence with oversea travel agencies and customer via e-mail. Besides, provide travel information and prices
and counsel customers on terms and conditions of travel e.g. cancellation policies
- Handle Major U.K. and Australian Market (Series, Adhoc and Group) Ex. Contiki, Busabout, Trafalgar and Costsaver
- Make proposals, tariff, master file requested from major requested
- Make job document, guide expenses and other equipment to Assignment
- Support DOP and Sales Team to make the tailor made package.
- Reserve flight ticket from Amadeus System and any ticket as concern with package
