Responsibility
- Take care and solving problem downtime of machine in process line.
- Make a preventative maintenance plan of machine and utility & facility system.
- Follow up the repair work of the technician operating and summarize the machine failure to report the department manager.
- Control and purchase spare parts used with the machine.
- Determine the annual budget used in the maintenance department.
- Develop improvement plans to increase the efficiency of machinery in the production line.
- Coordinate with external vendors regarding the various projects that occur in the factory.
- Control and maintain office facilities system such as air conditioning system, lighting system, internet, CCTV system
- Control and supervise the utility system such as air compressor, water filter tank, electrical system and fire protection system.
- Responsible for training job staff according to the On-The-Jobs training plan.
- Make and review document to regarding machine such as work instruction, preventive maintenance plan and request job.
